Raspberry Mangosteen Building is a safety-compliant six-story commercial building in Lipa City, Batangas.

NRA-CEM provided evacuation maps in every floor.

The evac maps are photoluminescent and designed in 3D.

NRA-CEM’s evac maps are not only compliant with the Fire Code of the Philippines but also adhere closely to BFP regulations and international fire protection standards, such as NFPA and ISO.*

They are also designed to be easily read and understood.

This is most important because, in emergency situations, building occupants do not have the luxury of time in reading the evac maps leisurely.

The NRA-CEM evac maps easily and clearly tell building occupants what to do and where to go in case of fire or other emergencies in the building.
